Banneker High School (Georgia)

Banneker High School (also known as Benjamin Banneker High School) is a public high school in unincorporated Fulton County, Georgia, United States, with a College Park, Georgia postal address. It is part of the Fulton County School System[2] and named for Benjamin Banneker, a free African-American almanac author, surveyor, landowner and farmer.

Stabbing

On January 26, 2022, a stabbing took place within the school. The incident happened around 9 am, when two students were stabbed from an altercation that happened earlier.[4][5] Both students were taken to a nearby hospital, where they are both in stable condition.[6][7]
