Beanie Ebert
Veryl Henry Ebert (May 14, 1902 – March 24, 1980) was an American football guard, tackle, and blocking back who played for the Minneapolis Marines of the National Football League (NFL) in 1924. He played in three games and started one.[1] Ebert played college football for Carleton College.[2] He was also a football coach at Stillwater Area High School in Oak Park Heights, Minnesota.[3]

Ebert later resided in Salem, Indiana and was a buyer for the F. W. Woolworth Company. He died on March 24, 1980, in Greenwich, Connecticut.[4]
