Bashtanka Raion
Bashtanka Raion (Ukrainian: Баштанський район) is located in Mykolaiv Oblast of Ukraine. Its administrative center is the city of Bashtanka. Population: 136,739 (2021 est.)[1]

On 18 July 2020, as part of the administrative reform of Ukraine, the number of raions of Mykolaiv Oblast was reduced to four, and the area of Bashtanka Raion was significantly expanded. [2][3] The January 2020 estimate of the raion population was 36,507 (2020 est.)[4]
