Athar Amin Zargar
Athar Amin Zargar is a Kashmir Administrative Service officer and currently Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) and holding the additional charge of Sub Registrar at Thathri.[4][2] During his postings as Block Development Officer in Kahara, he received Best Implementation Award for best implementation of GEO MGNREGA[5] throughout India announced for the year 2018-19 by Govt of India.[3]
