Arutperunjothi is a 1971 Tamil language Indian Biographical film of Ramalinga Swamigal (popularly known as Vallalar) directed by A. T. Krishnaswamy starring Master Sridhar, A. P. Nagarajan, K. A. Thangavelu, M. Saroja, Devaki, T. S. Balaiah.[1][2][3][4] Music by T. R. Pappa, playback singers are Sirkazhi Govindarajan, S. Janaki, T. V. Rathnam, Produced by T.S. Balachandran. All the lyrics of the songs(soundtrack) are composed by Ramalinga Swamigal. Jothi is also a tamil Biographical film of Ramalinga Swamigal released in the year 1939, but it was a lost film.
