Anne M. Nardacci is an American lawyer from New York who is a nominee to serve as a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.

Education
Nardacci received a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University in 1998 and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Cornell Law School in 2002.[1]
Legal career
From 2002 to 2005, Nardacci was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. Since 2005, she has been with the law firm of Boies Schiller Flexner LLP; beginning as an associate from 2005 to 2012, then as a counsel from 2012 to 2020 before being elevated to partner in 2020.[1]
Nomination to district court
On April 27, 2022, President Joe Biden announced his intent to nominate Nardacci[2] to serve as a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.[1]
