Alexander Djaparidze
Alexander Dzhaparidze (Georgian: ალექსანდრე ჯაფარიძე) (born 20 July 1955 , Makhachkala, Dagestan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic , Soviet Union) is a Georgian businessman in Russia.[3][4][5] Dzhaparidze is former owner of the PetroAlliance Services Company Limitedd, Russia's largest independent oilfield services company. He is currently a shareholder and Chairman of Eurasia Drilling Company Limited. In 2011 , Forbes magazine estimated Dzhaparidze's net worth to be 2.1 billion dollars. and ranked him 564th on the list of the richest people in the world.[6]

In 2015, his company Soma Oil and Gas was probed by the British government for bribes in the acquisition of oil extraction rights in Somalia.[7]
