AlbaStar S.A., styled as AlbaStar, is a Spanish charter and scheduled airline[2] based at Palma de Mallorca Airport.[3] It is owned by Italian and Eritrean shareholders.

History
It was founded in November 2009 by a joint venture between Italian and British entrepreneurs from the tourism and transport sector.
On 30 July 2010, it received an Air Operator's Certificate (E-AOC-106) and the Licence for the operation of passenger and cargo transport and on 31 July 2010 it began its own flight activity.
