Al-Sheikh Deeb Castle
Al-Sheikh Deeb Castle (Arabic: قلعة الشيخ ديب) is a medieval hilltop castle which was built near Qalay'ah, Duraykish District, Syria.

History
The castle which was built of volcanic rocks is located on a hill with an elevation of 976 metres (3,202 ft) to the north of Hosn Suleiman in the valley between "al-Nabi Saleh" and "al-Nabi Matta" mountains.[1] It was occupied by the Roman Empire following the overthrow of Zenobia's rule.[2]
