García was raised in Sharpsburg, Georgia, United States.[2] Her father is Panamanian and her mother is American. She has attended the East Coweta High School.[2]
College career
García has attended the Reinhardt University in the United States.[2]
International career
García capped for Panama at senior level during the 2022 CONCACAF W Championship qualification.[4]
