2 Good 2 Be True is an upcoming Philippine drama romantic comedy television series starring Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla.[1][2] The series will premiere on the Primetime Bida evening block on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, TV5, and worldwide via The Filipino Channel on May 16, 2022, replacing Viral Scandal.

This is their comeback to television on primetime after five years who last came together in the series in 2017 was La Luna Sangre under Star Creatives production.

Production

Working title for the project was Tanging Mahal.[3] It is said to be a "romantic series about experiencing timeless love."[4]

Pre-production began on August 30, 2021. The series will be produced by RSB Drama Unit, the creators of Wildflower and Halik.[5]

Casting, filming and release date for the series has yet to be announced.

On September 27, 2021, the main cast officially announced that the teleserye will air as Too Good to Be True.[6]

Filming

Principal photography started in October 2021.[7]

Release

2 Good 2 Be True will release advanced episodes first on Netflix on May 13, 2022 before releasing on other platforms.[8]
