Round 1: 2022 Asia Rugby Championship

Due to health concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic, Asia Rugby has postponed all competitions scheduled from 1 March 2020 to 30 June 2020.[3][4]

Originally, the three teams were due to play each other in a round-robin format home and away, however following the postponement of the originally scheduled competition, the new schedule meant the teams would only play each other once, all to be played in one venue.[5] In July 2021, the competition was pushed back to January 2022 and was then later pushed back again to May 2022 and to be held in South Korea.
