2022 UTSA Roadrunners football team

The 2022 UTSA Roadrunners football team will represent the University of Texas at San Antonio as a member of Conference USA (C-USA) during the 2022 NCAA Division I FBS football season. They will be led by head coach Jeff Traylor, who will be coaching his third season with the team. The Roadrunners will play their home games at the Alamodome in San Antonio.

During last season, on October 21, 2021, UTSA accepted the invitation to join the American Athletic Conference (AAC) and will become a full-member on July 1, 2023.[1][2] The 2022 season is expected to be the program's last season as a member of Conference USA.
