2022 Massachusetts Secretary of State election
The 2022 Massachusetts Secretary of State election will be held on November 8, 2022, to elect the Secretary of State of Massachusetts. Incumbent Democrat William F. Galvin is running for re-election.[1] Galvin has been secretary of state since 1995. The last Republican to be elected Secretary of State of Massachusetts was Frederic W. Cook in 1949. Only Cook has served a longer tenure as Secretary of State of Massachusetts.
