2022 Latvian Higher League
The 2022 Latvian Higher League , known as the Optibet Virslīga for sponsorship reasons, is the 31st season of top-tier football in Latvia. The season began on 11 March 2022 and will end on 12 November 2022. RFS are the defending champions after winning the league last season. The league winners qualified to participate in the 2022–23 UEFA Champions League
