2022 British Open
The 2022 British Open (officially the 2022 Cazoo British Open) is an upcoming professional snooker tournament. It will be a ranking tournament contested by 128-participants from the World Snooker Tour.[1][2] Sponsored by car retailer Cazoo, the event will run from 26 September until 2 October 2022.[2] The event will be played at the Marshall Arena in Milton Keynes, England.[3] Mark Williams is the defending champion, having won the 2021 event, defeating Gary Wilson 6–4 in the final.[4] Qualifying for the tournament will take place from 9 to 14 August 2022.[5]
