2021 US Open – Wheelchair quad doubles
Dylan Alcott and Andy Lapthorne were the two-time defending champions[1] but chose to compete with different partners. Alcott played alongside Heath Davidson, but lost in the final to Sam Schröder and Niels Vink, 3–6, 2–6. Lapthorne partnered David Wagner, but lost in the semifinals to Schröder and Vink.
