2021 Australian Open – Wheelchair women's doubles
Diede de Groot and Aniek van Koot won the 2021 Australian Open – Wheelchair Women's Doubles title, defeating Kgothatso Montjane and Lucy Shuker in the final, 6–4, 6–1.

Yui Kamiji and Jordanne Whiley were the defending champions, but Whiley chose not to participate. Kamiji partnered alongside Momoko Ohtani but lost in the semifinals to de Groot and van Koot.
The Wheelchair Women's Doubles competition, consisting of a semifinal round and a championship match, began on 15 February.[1] The competition features the same field of eight players contesting the Wheelchair Women's Singles competition. Two of the tournament's four pairs were seeded, with Dutch duo Diede de Groot and Aniek van Koot receiving the top seed and the pair of Kgothatso Montjane and Lucy Shuker receiving the No. 2 seed. In the semifinals, both seeded pairs won in two sets, with de Groot and van Koot defeating Japanese pair Yui Kamiji and Momoko Ohtani and Montjane and Shuker defeating Angélica Bernal and Macarena Cabrillana.[2] In the final which was played on the 16 February, the dutch duo took out the match in straight sets, 6–4, 6–1.[3]
