65 is an upcoming American science fiction film written, directed, and produced by Scott Beck and Bryan Woods. It stars Adam Driver, Ariana Greenblatt, and Chloe Coleman. The film is a co-production between Columbia Pictures, Raimi Productions, and Beck/Woods. It is scheduled to be released in the United States on April 14, 2023, by Sony Pictures Releasing.

Premise
"An astronaut who crash lands on a mysterious planet discovers that he is not alone."[3]

Production
In September 2020, Adam Driver signed on to star in the film, to be produced, written and directed by Scott Beck and Bryan Woods; Sam Raimi would co-produce with Zainab Azizi and Debbie Liebling.[4][5][6][7][8] Two months later, Ariana Greenblatt joined the cast.[9] In December 2020, Chloe Coleman joined the cast.[10]
Filming commenced on November 16, 2020, in New Orleans.[11] Filming also occurred in the Kisatchie National Forest in Vernon Parish, Louisiana in January 2021.[12]
Music
In February 2021, it was announced that Danny Elfman was composing the score for the film, having previously collaborated with Raimi on his directed projects Darkman (1990), A Simple Plan (1998), Spider-Man (2002), Spider-Man 2 (2004), Oz the Great and Powerful (2013), and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022).[13]
Release
The film is set to be released theatrically by April 14, 2023, by Sony Pictures Releasing. The film was previously scheduled to be released on May 13, 2022,[14] and was later moved up to April 29, 2022,[15] but was delayed again by a year to April 14, 2023.[16]
