2022 Washington Commanders season
The 2022 season will be the Washington Commanders' 91st in the National Football League (NFL) and their third under head coach Ron Rivera. This was the team's first season under the Commanders branding, with new logos and uniforms being introduced after playing as the Washington Football Team for the previous two seasons following the retirement of the Redskins branding in 2020.[1]

- Washington traded their original second-round (No. 42) and third-round (No. 73) selections to Indianapolis in exchange for their second-round (No. 47) and seventh-round (No. 240) selections along with quarterback Carson Wentz.[2]
- Washington traded their original first-round selection (No. 11 overall) to New Orleans in exchange for their first-round (No. 16), third-round (No. 98), and fourth-round (No. 120) selections.[3]
- Washington traded their fourth-round (No. 120) and sixth-round (No. 189) selections to Carolina in exchange for two fifth-round (Nos. 144 and 149) selections.[4]
