Race calendar
A provisional eight-round calendar was announced at the penultimate round of the 2021 championship, on 24 September 2021.[17] On 30 November 2021, the calendar changed: Imola remained on the calendar instead of Mugello, Estoril replaced Portimao, and the Pau Grand Prix returned to the calendar after a two-year hiatus; featuring two instead of the usual three races.[18]
