The 2021 Connacht championship was contested by the 5 counties in the Irish province of Connacht. London and New York were withdrawn from the 2020 and 2021 Connacht championships due to international travel restrictions imposed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. There was a full open draw for the first time in over 40 years. It took place on 19 April 2021.

|* = Due to Covid-19 on December 11, 2020 decided to cancel Roscommon hosting New York, On 8 April 2021 Mayo cancelled hosting London there both back in 2022 campaign but if London beat Leitrim, Mayo beat Galway and New York beat Sligo in the 2022 Connacht Quarter finals those 2 fixtures will be rescheduled as unique Semi-Finals in 2022.
