2021–22 T1 League season

The 2021–22 T1 League season is the first season of the T1 League, with the Kaohsiung Aquas, the New Taipei CTBC DEA, the Taichung Wagor Suns, the Tainan TSG GhostHawks, the TaiwanBeer HeroBears and the Taoyuan Leopards participate in this competition. The regular season started on November 27, 2021, and is scheduled to end on May 8, 2022.[1][2]

Season Format
  • Each team play against another six times, three at home and three on the road, respectively, leads to 30 matches in total in regular season.[3]
  • Wild-card Series: Best-of-three series. The series are competed by teams finished regular season in the fourth place and fifth place. The fourth place will be awarded a one-win advantage. The winner can qualify the semi-final series.[4]
  • Semi-final Series: Best-of-five series. Matchup is decided by seeding in regular season. The first place will play against the winner of wild-card series. And the second place will play against the third place. The winners can qualify the final series.[4]
  • Final Series: Best-of-seven series. The series are competed by the winners of semi-final series.[4]

Import Players Restrictions
  • Each team is able to register up to four general import players and two type-III players.[5]
  • Each team is able to select three general import players and one type-III player into active roster each match.[6]
  • The maximum of import players on the court is two.[6]
  • 10-Imports-In-4-Quarters Rule[6]
