2021–22 Bahraini Premier League

The 2021–22 Bahraini Premier League (also known as Nasser Bin Hamad Premier League for sponsorship reasons), is the 65th top-level football season in Bahrain. The season started on 25 August 2021 and is scheduled to end on 14 May 2022.[1][2]

Relegation play-off

In this edition of the relegation play-offs, the eighth and ninth-placed teams of the Bahraini Premier League would be joined by the second and third-placed teams of the 2021–22 Bahraini Second Division in a four-team group stage where each team plays each other once. The top two teams of the group will be in the 2022–23 edition of the Bahraini Premier League. The relegation play-offs will take place from 6 May to 14 May 2022.
