2018–19 Liga IV Botoșani
The 2018–19 Liga IV Botoșani (known as Liga IV Givova for sponsorship reasons) was the 51st season of the Liga IV Botoșani, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The season began on 19 August 2018[1][2] and was ended on 9 June 2019.[3] Viitorul Albești crowned as county champion and qualify to promotion play-off in Liga III.

Team changes
- Inter Dorohoi and Flacăra Văculești promoted from 2017–18 Liga V Botoșani.
- Viitorul Costești relegated to 2018–19 Liga V Botoșani.
- Bucovina Rogojești was excluded from Liga IV.
- Viitorul Blândești was spared from relegation.
