2004 Martyr's Memorial A-Division League
The 2004 Martyr's Memorial A-Division League was the 35th season of the A-Division League since its establishment in 1954/55. A total of 13 teams competed in the league.[1] Three Star Club won the league. The season began on 17 April 2004 and concluded on 26 June 2004.

Teams
Tribhuvan Army Club made their debut in the league without being promoted before. Boys Sports club, who finished 9th in the previous season, boycotted the competition. Sahara Club (Pokhara) and Biratnagar Football team declined to participate in the league.[1]
