1923 U.S. National Championships – Men's singles

Bill Tilden defeated Bill Johnston 6–4, 6–1, 6–4 in the final to win the men's singles tennis title at the 1923 U.S. National Championships.[2] It was Tilden's fourth U.S. Championships title and his sixth Grand Slam title overall.
